The Metuchen Senior Center is a drop-in facility for citizens aged 60 and over. A full range of services is offered, including recreation, information and referral, health screening, counseling and income tax preparation. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm and is staffed by Alice Fleming, Director.

Minibus transportation is available for Borough residents aged 60 and over. Door-to-door service is provided free of charge to medical appointments, shopping, nutrition services and club meetings. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance when transportation is needed; reservations are made by calling 632-8525 between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
