The Metuchen Police Department consists of a total of 28 sworn police officers, 4 civilians assigned to our communications center as dispatchers, 2 civilians assigned to our records and support bureau as clerks. Together we serve the residents and visitors alike of our community.
Our agency is 100% devoted to public service. We are always looking for ways to better serve our community whether in crime reduction or any of the many services we offer. As Chief I demand a lot from the officers of the department and every officer is expected to produce. And I am happy to say that every one of our officers is up to the challenge.
Our department is comprised of motivated and skilled professionals who entered the law enforcement field to serve and protect. That is a personal promise to the residents of our community to fully and equally uphold and apply the laws of our nation, state and borough.
