Metuchen Auxiliary Police
The Metuchen Auxiliary Police, is under the leadership of Captain Richard Dana, Jr. The Auxiliary Police provides the Borough with a well-trained unit of volunteer police officers who assist the Police Department in many ways. Their duties include and not limited to traffic control, court security, parade duties, patrol functions and assistance in various Borough functions such as the Country Fair, Holiday Parade, Mischief Night patrol and Halloween patrol.
