Bozena Lacina
Bozena Lacina, Borough Clerk, performs a variety of functions prescribed by State Law. As a Borough Clerk she attends all Borough Council Meetings and is responsible for the processing, recording, filing, and advertising of all ordinances, resolutions, the budget and bids for municipal supplies and equipment. A major responsibility of the Clerk is the safekeeping of the Municipal Seal and all records, books, and documents.
